This notice covers registration for the Saphan Solo private preview. It does not replace the terms or privacy information for a later product deployment.
Who is responsible
Saphan Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States, is responsible for the preview registration data. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect
Your email address and country; your name and selected areas of interest if you choose to provide them; referral partner and partner-contact choice where applicable; and the time, language, form version and source page of the registration.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to protect the form from abuse. Saphan does not add your IP address or full browser user-agent to the lead record.
Why we use it
To operate the preview list, prevent duplicate registrations, contact you about access, route a referral when you request partner contact, and understand interest in Saphan in aggregate. We do not sell preview registration data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Submitting the form asks Saphan to contact you about the preview. Any later marketing program will require its own clear choice.
Partners and service providers
A referral is recorded when you register from a partner page. We share your registration details with that named partner only when you select the partner-contact option. The partner then handles the received data under its own responsibilities.
Cloudflare provides the site, function runtime, abuse protection and data infrastructure. Processing may take place in the United States and other countries. Saphan uses the safeguards required for the applicable data flow.
Retention and your choices
We retain an inactive preview registration for up to 12 months. We may keep a minimal suppression record when needed to honour a withdrawal or meet a legal obligation. An active customer or partner relationship is governed by the notice applicable to that relationship.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw a partner-contact choice, or object to further contact by writing to [email protected]. Applicable local law may provide additional rights and a right to complain to a regulator.
Security and changes
Access is limited to people who need the registration data for preview and partner operations. The form uses server-side validation and abuse protection. No solely automated decision determines whether you receive product access.
If this notice changes materially, its effective date and version will change. A registration records the version shown when it was submitted.
